Jackrabbit’s Lair was the location of the inaugural PDK Dinner in 2021, and we're back! It is a pop-up supper club located at a private outdoor location in Eagle Rock. At the 12-seat chef’s counter, guests will be escorted through a multi-course fine dining tasting menu that delights the palate. No two experiences arethe same, as the menu is specially curated to the season and to feature the best local ingredients.
