What is PDK Dinner?
Porsche Dinner Klub (PDK) is PCA-LA’s curated dinner series—an understated nod to Porsche’s iconic PDK, reimagined around food, conversation & community.
For April, we’re gathering at Bludso’s Bar & Que on La Brea.
Known for its slow-smoked Texas-style barbecue, Bludso’s is the kind of place that delivers on all the essentials—brisket, pulled pork, ribs, hot links, mac, beans, greens, slaw & cornbread. As one of LA’s best-known barbecue spots, it sets the tone well for a lively midweek dinner with the club.
